Riding in Vans with Boys is a 2003 documentary film directed by Matthew Beauchesne describing the experiences of the band Kut U Up, a relatively unknown group that went on tour in the summer of 2002 as an opening act for major groups like blink-182, Green Day and Jimmy Eat World in the Pop Disaster Tour.
The documentary was filmed using a few cameras that the band packed in their new van. On the film it can be seen from scenes of hilarity to real-life drama on its uncensored format. It shows the things that happened during this two months, exploring the hard bonds of friendship and emotions that they lived.
