Rider Strong

Rider King Strong (born December 11, 1979) is an American actor.

Strong was born in San Francisco, California to King Strong and Lin Warner. His brother is Shiloh Strong, also an actor.

Strong's best known part was as Shawn Hunter in Boy Meets World. He's also famous for playing "Paul" in the indie horror film Cabin Fever (2002), directed by Eli Roth. His family made their own production company named Redwood Shire Productions. He has "admitted" in an interview he recognizes his name sounds like a "porno name." He has also said that the film, Cabin Fever, has been his favorite project after the cancellation of Boy Meets World.

His role in Boy Meets World as Shawn Hunter gave him the reputation as a ladies' man. Later, he guest starred in the 2006 sitcom Crumbs, as Fred Savage's boyfriend.

Rider Strong starred in the cancelled WB show Pepper Dennis as Chick, Pepper's loyal cameraman who has always harbored a secret crush on her.

He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Columbia University in 2004, where he wrote the forward for fellow Columbian Steve Hofstetter's "Student Body Shots."

He has portrayed Benjamin Braddock in a stage production of The Graduate.

Strong is still good friends with his former Boy Meets World co-stars Danielle Fishel, Ben Savage, and Will Friedle
