You were blocked by Netsnipe for the following reason (see our blocking policy): Autoblocked because your IP address has been recently used by "Adriaan 1". The reason given for Adriaan 1's block is: "Use of 72.232.98.64 to vandalise userpages.".

Your IP address is 198.54.202.254. "

I am sure that the IP address blocked is an IP address belonging to an upstream service provider (please note that South Africa at the moment has a Telekom monopoly), if this is the case it is likely that a very large amount of users have been blocked, I do not know and am not associated with "Adriaan 1".
