[edit] Inclusionism
I am philosophically associated with the Association of Inclusionist Wikipedians. I believe that today's ephemera is tomorrow's knowledge. While there is endless minutae in Wikipedia on fictional video game characters, minor notable people of the past are deleted. The Google test is biased toward the most notable people of the past, and anyone who did something notable since 1990. The worst that would happen by allowing biographies of minor real people would be that they would not be read. That's what cheap disk storage space is for.

I tried bicycling from Phitsanulok Province to Phichit from Village #15 with my couson on a pink girls bicycle designed for a 10 year old. He rode another bicycle designed for a 10 year old. The chain kept falling off and the seat kept twisting to the side on mine, so we switched every half-hour. We made it as far as a roadhouse serving food and drink after three-hours. We were able to call home and get them to pick us up in a pickup truck.
