I just did so. I also put him in performance artists, in case this is merely a kind of performance art, but I'm not sure if that fits. That said I'm trying to avoid adding many living people to the Category as it's hard to tell if someone has a lasting legacy as an eccentric while they are alive and also some named might take offense.--T.
