Ricky Ervins (born December 7, 1968 in Pasadena, CA) was a third round NFL Draft choice in the 1991 NFL Draft for the Washington Redskins out of the University of Southern California.

[edit] Professional Career
Ervins later played for the San Francisco 49ers. As a rookie running back, he was a leading rusher and helped the team win the 1992 Super Bowl. He retired in 1995.

In college, his touchdown run won the 1990 Rose Bowl for the USC Trojans and he was the game MVP. He was teammates on a powerful 1990 USC team with Todd Marinovich, Junior Seau and Rodney Peete .

Ervins went to John Muir High School in Pasadena, CA.

He now runs a business, Xtreme Xplosion, that trains high school athletes in Northern Virginia.
