Rick Stromoski is a cartoonist whose work includes the comic strip The Mullets and Soup To Nutz. He received the National Cartoonist Society Gag Cartoon Award for 1999, their Greeting Card Award for 1995 and 1998, and was nominated for their Book and Illustration Award for 1999.
