Richard Cameron Arrington (born February 26, 1947 in Charlotte, North Carolina) is a former American football quarterback for the Philadelphia Eagles of the NFL. He played three seasons for the Eagles from 1970-1972. He attended the University of Tulsa and the University of Georgia. He is the father of current ESPN college football sideline reporter Jill Arrington. He is also the grandfather of Dakota Fanning.
