Rick Adams (better credited as DJ Rick) (born on October 17, 1971) is a British television presenter and online radio DJ. A well-known talent in radio and broadcast, Rick Adams offers a unique and energetic take on the world of entertainment- all from a kid's perspective.

As the host of Radio KOL, the first ever live radio show for kids aged 8-14 on AOL, Rick Adams reaches millions of kids who tune into his daily show. In less than three years since the launch of the show, Rick Adams and Radio KOL have prompted several fan sites and thousands of posts on the KOL message boards each day from kids who gather to talk about music, Rick and the show. Recently DJ Rick was in New York broadcasting his radio show from his other studio, the "Zoodio", a new studio complex within the Central Park Zoo.

Since September 2006, Rick Adams also hosts the new CBS Saturday morning TV series, Dance Revolution inspired by the hit video game franchise, Dance Dance Revolution. The new live-action dance competition show will encourage viewer participation by demonstrating specific dance moves and steps for kids. Dance Revolution

Prior to creating this innovative online radio experience for kids and hosting Dance Revolution, Rick hosted television and radio shows for a variety of leading networks including Nickelodeon, Children's BBC, BRAVO and ITV in the UK. He was the co-host of "The Big Breakfast," a hugely popular morning television show in the UK, and has hosted top-rated kids awards shows in the U.S. on Nickelodeon including "Slimetime Live" and the "Kid's Choice Awards" which he co-hosted with Whitney Houston. Rick Adams's first job in radio was as an intern making coffee for people. At the radio station he then worked at, A DJ quit and the host manager of the station hired him without pay. Eventually they did pay him, of course, and he went on to do a lot of radio and television in England, including a stint for Nickelodeon, for which he had to try out.
