Richard Tyler (born 1936) is a fashion designer. He was born in Australia and now works in Los Angeles, California where he has a boutique. He has gained acclaim for dressing Hollywood celebrities.

In 2006, Tyler appeared as guest judge on the reality television program Project Runway.
