Richard Machowicz

Richard "Mack" Machowicz is an ex-Navy SEAL. He hosts a show on the Discovery Channel called Future Weapons. Mack is the founder of the Bukido® Institute and creator of the Bukido® Training System. He is a member of the Screen Actors Guild and lives in Los Angeles, CA. Mack is author of the bestselling book, Unleash the Warrior Within: Develop the Focus, Discipline, Confidence and Courage You Need to Achieve Unlimited Goals.
