Richard Hornby

Richard Phipps Hornby (born 20 June 1922) is a British Conservative politician. He was elected Member of Parliament for Tonbridge at a by-election in 1956, and served until the constituency was abolished in boundary changes for the February 1974 general election. He was Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies from 1963 to 1964.
