Richard Kenneth Corkill (born 1951) was the Chief Minister of the Isle of Man, December 2001 to December 2004. He was born in Douglas, Isle of Man. He was elected by the Parliament with 21 votes, defeating Edgar Quine who received 10 votes.

He resigned the post following police investigations into allegations about tourism grants paid to Mr Corkill and his wife, Julie Corkill.

Some of the charges were proven, and he announced (November 2006) he would not be standing for re-election as member of the House of Keys for Onchan, a post he'd held since 1991.
