Press headshot photo explicitly distributed for publicity purposes by Richard Harvey as a work made for hire for Richard Harvey found in a section of Richard Harvey's web site called "A biography and press photos and are available in the download section." The posed shot image is available on the web site in high-resolution and low-resolution and the wording throughout Harvey's website gives an implicit license for its use in discussing Richard Harvey, such as through identification and critical commentary. This unique, unreplaceable image captures a reflection of several of Harvey's musical compositions in his sun glasses, giving the impression of their presence in his mind. Please note - use of this image on the non-profit Wikipedia, for encyclopedic purposes, is highly unlikely to be contested. However commercial reusers of Wikipedia content should consider whether their use of this photo qualifies as fair use, and whether their use infringes on the subject's publicity rights.-- Jreferee 16:03, 16 November 2006 (UTC)

Perhaps Mr. Harvey could be persuaded to release this press photograph under a GFDL or CC license. Otherwise a free-license alternative photograph could be taken, since his profession calls for public appearances. ˉˉ^anetode╦╩ 19:45, 16 November 2006 (UTC)
