Riadh Ben Khemais Bouazizi (Arabic: رياض بن خميس بوعزيزي‎) (born 8 April 1973 in Djerba) is a Tunisian football midfielder who currently, as of May 2006, plays for Kayseri Erciyesspor.

He has 83 caps for the national team, and was called up to the 2006 World Cup. He also played at the World Cups in 1998 and 2002. In additition he was on the winning Tunisian team at the 2004 African Cup of Nations.
