Ria Stalman (born December 11, 1951 in Delft, Zuid-Holland) is a retired discus thrower from the Netherlands, who won the gold medal at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, United States. This earned her the Dutch Sportswoman of the year award the same year.
Her personal best throw was 71.22 metres, achieved in July 1984.
