Rhythm Syndicate was an R&B group from Connecticut consisting of singer Evan Rogers, guitarist Carl Sturken, keyboardist John Nevin, bassist Rob Mingrino, and drummer, Kevin Cloud.

The group has two hits in 1991: "P.A.S.S.I.O.N", which hit number 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 and "Hey Donna", which hit number 13.
