Rhona Lynn Bennett (born May 10, 1976 in Chicago, Illinois) is a member of American R&B group En Vogue. She joined the famed group in 2003 for their European tour of Night of The Proms. She recorded En Vogue's fifth LP, titled "Soulflower", which saw a release in 2004. She is still a current member of En Vogue after Dawn Robinson departed from the group once again due to unresolved business issues.
Bennett was raised in Calumet Park, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. Before joining En Vogue Rhona was part of the Disney Channel's variety show The New Mickey Mouse Club, and became very good friends with N'Sync's JC Chasez. After the show Bennett moved to California to continue her career as an actress and has had some small movie roles in film's such as "No Vacancy" (1999), and "Malibu's Most Wanted" (2003). In the mid-1990s, she played Loquatia on the short-lived UPN sitcom Homeboys in Outer Space. Her most famous work was on "The Jamie Foxx Show" playing Nicole Evans. Rhona also recorded an album under the name Rhona for Sony in 2001.[1] The self titled album was produced by super-producer Rodney Jerkin's Darkchild. Rhona was produced entirely by DarkChild and included a hit single "Satisfied". The album and single are, however, both very rare and are now categorised as collectors items.
