Rhodes is a CityRail railway station on the Northern line. It is served by 2 trains per hour most of the time, with additional trains at peak hours.
Rhodes is the station for the industrial suburb of Rhodes, the gated village/suburb of Liberty Grove (the luxury suburb opened in 1998), and the brand new suburb of Rhodes Waterside, and for the shopping centre there. The developers of Rhodes Waterside (Walker Corporation) are contributing to the cost of an upgrade of the station, including new station buildings, and lifts that equip the station for Easy Access for wheelchairs.
