This image was created by myself using the free public software "Western Barley Protein Workshop". The PDB file (Accession #1F88) was obtain from Research Collaboratory for Structural Bioinformatics Protein Data Bank (http://www.rcsb.org/pdb/Welcome.do). The protein was crystalized and published by Palczewski K, et al ("Crystal structure of rhodopsin: A G protein-coupled receptor." Science. 2000 Aug 4;289(5480):739-45.)
