Rex Hadnot (born January 28, 1982 in Lufkin, Texas) is an American football player who currently plays center for the Miami Dolphins. He was a four-year letterman and three-year starter at the University of Houston He started all 13 games at center as a senior after playing guard his first three seasons and was named as a first-team All-Conference USA pick. Hadnot did not allow a sack in more than 400 pass attempts, set team record with 196 knockdown blocks, and played in the Hula Bowl following the season. He was drafted in the 2004 NFL Draft by Miami.
