Actually, it's Rev.Raikes. Yes I am a reverend, ordained online through the Universal Life Church. No, I am not ultra-serious about that, unless one infers that it is a gesture of my understanding that all is connected in the universe...or some such nonsense.

  • Rev.Raikes is a moniker I picked up while acting as an Arts editor for a small, independent, free & now-defunct newspaper in the Northwest called Vigilance. I wrote sweet-heart music reviews, and now I'm looking to pen something more pithy.
  • I also have a number websites, the main being Strangewaves. The name Strange Waves was the title of a semi-regular column in the aformentioned newspaper about little-known musical genres.
