Revolutionary Armed Forces of the People

Revolutionary Armed Forces of the People (in Portuguese: Forças Armadas Revolucionarias do Povo), the armed wing of PAIGC during the struggle against Portuguese colonial rule in Guinea-Bissau and Cape Verde. FARP was launched after the first party congress of PAIGC.
