Reverse freefall coaster
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
A Reverse free-fall coaster is a roller coaster where the car is accelerated out of the station along a long level track using Linear Induction Motors, then heads straight up a vertical spike of track, free falling back down to return to the station. An example of a reverse free fall coaster is Superman the Escape. In this kind of roller coaster the riders experience several seconds of free fall.
