This Courage the Cowardly Dog season one episode is continued from the pilot episode, the Chicken from Outer Space, featuring the return of Courage's old enemy, who wants revenge on Courage for turning him into a fried chicken, and who plans to steal Courage's head.

The Chicken from Outer Space is plotting revenge on Courage by taking off his head with a plunger and placing it on his own neck. He arrives in his spaceship on the Bagge farm, much to Courage's horror. He at first demands that Courage sit in his torture chair where he will remove Courage's head, but Courage of course refuses. He then takes Muriel, and tries to steal her head, but Courage cuts the power. Eustace then arrives, and is kidnapped by the Chicken. Outside Courage hears Eustace's confrontation with the Chicken, and when the Chicken comes out, he has Eustace's head on his shoulders. The Chicken chases after Courage and Muriel, ending up chasing them in his spaceship. Courage manages to blow the spaceship up with the Chicken inside. Everything is OK, with the exception of Eustace's lack of head.

  • This is the second installment in the Chicken from Outer Space trilogy. It began with the pilot episode, the Chicken from Outer Space, and concludes in the season 4 episode Son of the Chicken from Outer Space.
