"User experience is a simple, cost-effective approach" - this is hardly neutral. It is an opinion on the product, and there is no evidence provided to show that these views are shared amongst a large proportion of the userbase. --Phanton 04:33, 3 January 2006 (UTC)

Thanks everyone for putting me on the right path. I believe the current page (while incomplete) accurately reflects what RM is about in a neutral tone. I have therefore removed it from "marked for deletion". --Eran.barak 23:44, 3 January 2006 (UTC)
