Reunion of the Fallen (Japanese: 「愚者の再会」 - Gusha no Saikai) is episode 35 of the Fullmetal Alchemist TV series originally aired 2004-06-12.
Lust, Envy and Gluttony are in a restaurant chewing the fat (or in Gluttony's case, the table). They admire the incredible violence of Greed's demise. However, Lust is preoccupied with an oddly human thought: where do we come from, where do we go when we die? Annoyed, Envy leaves her to ponder this question without him. Outside, an alchemist uses a small, incomplete Philosopher's Stone to heal a boy injured in a car crash. It is Lujon, to whom Lust gave that same stone two years before to save his village from a plague. But the plague has returned, and Lujon hopes Lust will replace his almost-depleted stone. In flashback, we see how Lust and Lujon met, and how she taught him alchemy (perhaps she even loved Lujon). We also see that the source of the plague was Envy; the reason for handing out incomplete Philosopher's Stones to alchemists such as Lujon is to tempt them to pursue the real stone. However, Lujon doesn't take the bait, so Lust betrays him and the plague wipes out his entire village, correcting her "mistake." She has answered her earlier question: unlike humans, she has been assigned her purpose, and that's all she needs to know.
