Return to Sender is a contemporary worship band from Brackenhurst Methodist Church, Alberton, South Africa. officially formed and named in 2002, just before the release of their first CD, Meet Me.

As the band is really just a collective title for the youth contemporary worship ministry at Brackenhurst, it is constantly evolving around the original members.
Since the release of Meet Me,
- April, 2004: Clayton Bowles and Justin Lawrence wrote "Beneath Your Stars"
- June, 2004: Yvonne Lawrence, wife of Justin Lawrence was tragically carjacked and killed.
- July, 2004: Justin Lawrence and Frank Punshon wrote "June's Memory" in memory of Yvonne Lawrence
- February, 2005: Clayton Bowles got married to Jess Laird in Melbourne, Australia
- Late 2004,: Nicki Dawson joined the band as a second drummer and vocalist
- January, 2005: Chris Naude and Brett Schutte joined the band
- April, 2005: Justin Lawrence wrote "Alive"
- November, 2005: Clayton and Justin begun recording "Beneath Your Stars"
