This is GWAR's, self-released, first movie. Techno Destructo has been brainwashed and stripped of his armor. When Techno drives a group of girls to a GWAR show, he regains his memory. He attempts to recruit Cardinal Syn, for help against GWAR, but his plans are foiled by Cardinal Syn instead. This film was only released on VHS and is currently out-of-print.
There were two releases of this video; the 1991 version is the entire film, whereas the 1996 has material removed.
