Residential Property Tribunal Service
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Residential Property Tribunal Service (or RPTS) was formed as a side effect of the increased powers made available to Residential Property Tribunals under the Housing Act 2004. It is the umbrellas organisation for the five regional offices or Rent Assessment Panels which provide the support for three statutory tribunals which make decisions on residential property matters.
The tribunals which form part of the RPTS are:
- The Rent Assessment Committee
- The Leasehold Valuation Tribunal
- The Residential Property Tribunal
