Rescue Me is a British TV series from 2002.

This is a Bridget Jones-style drama about a journalist in her thirties, Katie, who is writing about love and romance for a glossy magazine while finding it for herself. Eddie, the subeditor, is madly in love with her, but he is not the kind of person to tell her, and she thinks that he is simply a really good friend.

The show's theme tune is a male cover version of the Fontella Bass song of the same title.
