Wikipedia talk:Requests for arbitration/Everyking 2/Evidence

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The context of the "100 days" thing was that Snowspinner informed me of an interpretation of "revert" that seemed extremely liberal, by which definition apparently almost any edit could be a revert, even a typo fix. I calculated that I had made about 100 edits in the previous few hours, and made a tongue in cheek comment to the effect that I had therefore reverted about 100 times recently. SS then goaded me by saying that he would block me for 100 days if so, and since I wasn't going to curl up in a ball and whimper in response to such an absurd threat, I told him to "go ahead". The IRC transcript, as provided by Fennec on WP:AN/I...
00:10 <everyking> if that's the case, i've reverted about a hundred times in the last few hours
00:10 <Snowspinner> EK: On Ashlee articles?
00:10 <Snowspinner> Because I can ban for 100 days if you want.
 00:10 <everyking> go ahead
00:10 <Snowspinner> Well, I mean, if they were all on Ashlee articles.
00:11 <everyking> sure they were, add on those 99 days already
00:11 <Snowspinner> OK. If you say so.
 00:12 <Snowspinner> Done.
