[edit] Issues to be mediated
- Should the Wikipedia:Naming conventions#Russian names policy (which prescribes using Wikipedia:Romanization of Russian for transliteration of the Russian language) be amended?
- Can that policy be ignored because it does not mirror "common English usage"?
- Should editors be able to ignore that policy because they do not believe it to be correct?
- Can a unilateral exception from that policy be made for the articles pertaining to the Moscow Metro stations (e.g., Template:Sokolnicheskaya Line)?
Explanations, details, and examples will be provided upon request of the Mediation Committee.
