WESTCOAST_HEAT-2006 appears to be a sockupuppet of banned user User talk:URBAN MEDIA INC.. Their contributions appear nearly identical (unprofessional, unencyclopediac edits and removals of maintenance templates) and there is significant overlap in the articles have edited.
