First vandalism at Lentil (edit|talk|history|links|watch|logs): [1], [2], [3]. Note the use of "skarskarrskano.jpg" as an image name, and the use of "lentil" as a term for racist southerners.

This user repeatedly hit Mauthausen-Gusen concentration camp when it was on the Main Page on July 9 [4], [5], [6], et cetera: just keep going through the page's history on that day.

Lots of page-moving attempts to confound the AfD, falsification of AfD votes, et cetera. The sheer number of accounts, many of them pre-existing, implies a pre-created army of sockpuppets, most of which are now listed at Category:Suspected Wikipedia sockpuppets of Mr. Starchy.

Although many of these sockpuppets appear to have been created as "disposable" accounts, the fact that the user has returned to several of them makes me believe that all should be blocked (and possibly the IP range they're coming from, if that can be done without collateral damage).
