[edit] Irgendwer

Irgendwer had been doing personal attacks on other users for quite some time along with edit warring on Libertarianism. I got involved after he started attacking and picking fights with respected user User:Paul Cyr. Well, at that time, he threatened to change user accounts if blocked here and here. Well, on July 29th at 21:19, I blocked him for 24 hours. Several hours later at 12:31 on the 30th, Bbnsv edited Minarchism, which is a similar concept to Libertarianism. And irgendwer had edited it just before he got blocked. And, bbnsv insults others and speaks much like Irgendwer. Now, if he's proven to be a sockpuppet of Irgendwer, Irgendwer could be blocked. A much strong case, I think, is for Username entered already in use. He's editing Libertarianism, including picking up right where he left off as Irgendwer. It's literally the same thread. He's not even really hiding that he's the same person. He does the same personal attacks and flame war type posts that he did as Irgendwer. With the username already in use account, I want to link the 2 accounts together so if he continues these attacks, he can be blocked. He's obviously trying to "reset" things by switching to a new account, which is sockpuppetry in spirit if not totally in policy. Thanks. Woohookitty(meow) 16:53, 1 August 2006 (UTC)
- Adding a new one. User:Forget it. is editing Libertarianism and Minarchism and sounds just like Irgendwer. --Woohookitty(meow) 09:20, 2 August 2006 (UTC)
- I'm going to block Irgendwer as it is very obvious that Username and Forget it. are him for sure. I'd still like bbsnv checked out. --Woohookitty(meow) 17:04, 2 August 2006 (UTC)
Declined As you say, this seems pretty obvious. If the accounts aren't editing in tandem then there's really no policy violation within the purview of this page. Mackensen (talk) 00:06, 3 August 2006 (UTC)
