User:GOY2006 is almost certainly Kirill Makharinsky, who won a "Graduate of the Year" contest in 2006; GOY2006 and User:Dezhnev have between them added references to this person to numerous articles, as well as repeatedly creating the vanity article Kirill Makharinsky (edit|talk|history|links|watch|logs). It's just been re-created and speedied again. User:Benjo123's sole contribution is a Keep on the AfD for Kirill Makharinsky. There may be others, including possibly EBayVP (talk • contribs).
