Elektronik (talk • contribs) and his/her sockpuppets have linkspammed theshadowsun.net in the past. It looks like Swiftkid (talk • contribs) has the same M.O. Here's an applicable diff from Swiftkid: [1] Also, Swiftkid's user page and talk page content mirror that of many of Elektronik's sockpuppets. Would there happen to be anything we can do about this? All known sockpuppets of Elektronik have been blocked indefinitely so far as a result of a prior checkuser case. --Takeel 17:51, 15 November 2006 (UTC)

Confirmed Swiftkid (talk • contribs • block user • block log • checkuser) along with Gman2000 (talk • contribs • block user • block log • checkuser) and Lights shadow (talk • contribs • block user • block log • checkuser). All blocked. Perhaps this address should be added to the m:Spam blacklist? Sam Korn ^(smoddy) 19:05, 15 November 2006 (UTC)

Looks like the folks on meta have smiled upon that idea, but I think that the spamming user was evading the blacklist somehow. --Takeel 19:41, 15 November 2006 (UTC)

The problem behavior is link spamming. Both of these accounts appear to be solely dedicated to the spamming of links that are all on the same domain, so including diffs is probably redundant because the contribs pretty much tell the whole story. These accounts also appear to remove warnings that are posted to the accounts' talk pages. --Takeel 17:37, 10 November 2006 (UTC)

Confirmed sockpuppets include Elektronik, Elektronic, VGM20, BlueShizzTwo, Zealotgi, DNS7, OCR40, OCR50, OCR60, Unknownabyss, Analoq, RKC06, Nanoranger, and Mazedude. It appears to be a concerted effort to spam theshadowsun.net. I've blocked the IP. Dmcdevit·t 00:31, 11 November 2006 (UTC)
