These user is blocked 2 times for breaking 3RR, but before this those 2 ips are vandalizing especially reverting to a version than i want semi-protection and than this user started to reverting to same version. These are 2 recent reverts by Burak18 and 82.92.94.108 [1] and [2], as seen [3] the reversion is to same version. These edits are a bit old but to show the pattern for reverting i must submit them: 82.92.94.108, 82.168.59.236, Burak18 as shown in difs 3 different users reverting to same version. Burak18's reversions started just after the article is protected. 3 of them edits same articles, mostly revert-warring. Cheers Ugur Basak 17:19, 4 September 2006 (UTC)

While perhaps a bit tangential, user once left edit summary of "im sorry that i am misusing burak18 his profile but he never shows up on the site"[4]; at the very least, this suggests that it is a good idea to figure out who this person is. --heah 20:16, 4 September 2006 (UTC)

It's difficult to say who he is or is he using another users account but Burak18's contributions are all related to same subject --Ugur Basak 20:23, 4 September 2006 (UTC)
