[edit] 216.164.203.90

Continuing issues with user, unquestionably established as 216.164.203.122 (talkcontribsWHOISblock userblock logcheckip) and virtually undoubtely continuing as:

(some if not all of whom are blocked) and who now appears to be active as:

This persistent vandal has attempted both in Wikinews and Wikiversity to impersonate me and, tonight, "stole (my) signature" with the edit summary "Spare me!" following my edit here (also notice that this last user copied my monobook.js file exactly—mine is someone else's, but modified, so a precise match is extremely unlikely). Somehow, this established "sock farm" needs to be stopped. RadioKirk (u|t|c) 05:28, 2 September 2006 (UTC)

Meantime, this may help... RadioKirk (u|t|c) 05:48, 2 September 2006 (UTC)

Per continued harassment by this user, I have blocked 216.164.203.0/24. Also, please note this block and its collateral (see last on list here). Review is appreciated. Please. Soon. ;)RadioKirk (u|t|c) 02:13, 4 September 2006 (UTC)

Not really sure who he's a sock of, but he admits to vandalizing as an "experiment" before his "possible upcoming election as an administrator." See User talk:216.164.203.90#Coming Clean. --Rory096 20:39, 17 May 2006 (UTC)

Request should probably be a range check on the compagny. Kim van der Linde at venus 21:13, 17 May 2006 (UTC)

Only one registered user in the /24, and he's only been around a few days. My suggestion would be that it's a crank, but I'll keep an eye on it. The thing to do would be to take the IP registry (RCN Corporation) to WP:ABUSE and make an abuse report to the IT dept. there. Essjay (TalkConnect) 00:08, 18 May 2006 (UTC)
Thanks Essjay. I will sleep over it whether I am going to file an abuse complaint against him with the ISP. Kim van der Linde at venus 03:27, 18 May 2006 (UTC)
