Renato Soares de Oliveira Augusto, or simply Renato Augusto (born February 1, 1988 in Rio de Janeiro), is a Brazilian football midfielder. He currently plays for Flamengo.

Since going up to the first team, he has blossomed fastly, making goals for team-mates on a regular basis and becoming one of the team leaders on the midfield.
