René & Angela were an 80's R&B duo consisting of artist/producers Rene Moore and Angela Winbush. Angela met Rene in 1980, formed the group, and subsequently married. The relationship dissolved by the mid-80s, with the duo falling part not soon after. These days, Angela's angelic and acrobatic voice can be heard as a featured vocalist on the Isley Brothers CD Eternal. She is the former wife of the group's lead singer, Ronald Isley.
