Well, to tell you a little bit about me, there is a story behind my username. I was with a group of friends at an event where people kept failing to pronounce the dot in "VB .NET". This led me to say "DOT net" whenever someone left out the dot. So my friends nicknamed me "DOT net" or "dot" for short.
This story says a lot about me and my attention to detail. Feel free to help me achieve the following goals for Wikipedia:
- Add credible sources to back up content.
- Use the <ref> tag to cite sources when appropriate.
- Use the cite web and cite news templates to cite sources when appropriate.
- Place periods before <ref> tags, not after.
- Convert GIF images to PNG images whenever the PNG image has a smaller file size.
- Convert GIF and PNG images to SVG images whenever possible.
- Use valid XHTML - "<br>" should be "<br />"
- Improve the general clarity and accuracy of Wikipedia.
