Naruto RPG 3: Reijuu vs. Konoha Shoutai is a Japanese-only Role-playing game for the Nintendo DS based on the popular anime and manga series Naruto by Masashi Kishimoto. It was released in Japan on July 13th, 2006. This was the first Naruto RPG game to not have a limited edition release. Translated as "The Sacred Beasts vs. The Konoha Team"

The last part in the Naruto RPG series relates an original story situated during the filler arc at the end of the first part of the manga. The fighting system has been revamped to use the DS functionnality. The graphics are the same as the previous instalment. The game is even shorter with only 8 hours of gameplay. The playable characters are Naruto, Sakura, Neji, Lee, Tenten, Shino, Kiba, Hinata, Shikamaru, Choji and Ino. There are plenty of unlockable characters too: Gaara, Kankuro, Temari, Kakashi, Gai, Iruka, Jiraiya, Orochimaru, Sasuke, Itachi, Kisame, Tsunade, Zabuza, Haku, Sasuke Cursed Seal and Kyuubi Naruto. Some of them are unlocked through a password system and others can be unlocked through Wifi play which is quite annoying if you don't have Wifi. You can also unlock an Anbu ninja who can be customize entirely with all the jutsus of the other characters.
