[edit] Grafitti art

There are google results for Regan Tamanui regarding Graffiti art and stencil art etc. but nothing about this practice in the article, on stuckism.com or the Melbourne Stuckists site. Does anyone know if this is the same artist? If so, it would be good to get this included.
