Reginald "Reggie" Devan Langhorne (born April 7, 1963 in Suffolk, Virginia), is a former American professional football player who was selected by the Cleveland Browns in the seventh round of the 1985 NFL Draft. A 6'2", 195 lbs. wide receiver from Elizabeth City State University in North Carolina, Langhorne played in nine NFL seasons from 1985-1993 for the Browns and Indianapolis Colts.
