Reggie Fowler is an American businessman from Arizona. Fowler is the owner of Chandler, Arizona-based Spiral, Inc.

Fowler is the limited partner in a group of investors that have bought the NFL's Minnesota Vikings from current owner Red McCombs. McCombs has accepted the group's offer,with Zygmunt Wilf as the general partner. As an African-American, Fowler initially sought to become the first minority owner of an NFL franchise. A very private man, Fowler has not disclosed any information about his financial situation to the media.

New Jersey developer Zygi Wilf has taken the lead ownership position in the bid to buy the Vikings. Wilf is chief operating officer of Garden Commercial Properties, which operates 30,000 apartment units and oversees other retail properties.
