[edit] High-level page color palettes

I'm going to make some minor adjustments to the color palettes on the pages that use this template to make them more consistent with the palettes described at Wikipedia talk:Colours and Wikipedia talk:Community Portal#High-level page color palettes. Most people probably won't even notice the differences, but they will help establish a more consistent palette style on these high-level pages. The hex and HSV color space codes are listed below. They all are of the style, Border: Hn S15 V75; Header: Hn S15 V95. Hex codes for more palettes of this style can be found at User:Rfrisbie/Palettes. Rfrisbie^talk 02:37, 23 September 2006 (UTC)
