Talk:Reflex bow

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

One of the particel advantages of the reflex bow is that it could be shot from horseback.

A particuler tactic of the Magyarok (Hungarians) and Huns was that they engaged the enemy, then attempted to flee. As the enraged enemy followed, sensing victory, the Huns and Magyarok shoot them down (while fleing, as the rider could turn backwards while the riding a horse, a demontration of their skill with horses).

This tactic was very effective, its weakness not discovered becuse of the limited network of information of the medevil ages.
