[edit] Groove
Hello. Your Wikipedia:Disambiguation of Groove was pretty messy. It appears that you are familiar with Wikipedia, however, as you transferred edit histories. I think I tidied it up, but I am still confused. Hyacinth 00:38, 21 Dec 2004 (UTC)
My take is that the engineering sense is the dominant, but I have no idea how to prove it! It certainly predates the musical sense, and is still current in its original meaning. However I find myself also beginning to ponder the difference between an encyclopaedia and a dictionery (or even a wikipedia and a wiktionery). RedSquirrel 24.12.2004
